Fandom Flash is not responsible for user-submitted content, including spelling errors, low-resolution images, or copyrighted material uploaded without permission. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate our policies or legal guidelines. All policies are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy - the basics
At Fandom Flash, every print and custom ID is made specifically for you. Because each item is personalized and created on demand, all sales are final once an order is printed.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we do our best to deliver high quality prints every time. If something goes wrong on our end, we will help fix it.
We Will Remake or Refund If:
• We made a printing or design error
• Your item is damaged or defective
• Our team prints the wrong file or name
Not Eligible for Refunds:
• Incorrect names, dates, or details submitted by the customer
• Low-quality or incorrect photos uploaded by the customer
• Personal preference changes after printing
• Items not claimed at events or booth pickups
Lost Items
If an item is lost after pickup or delivery, we can reprint it at our standard reprint price when available.
Review Before Printing
Please double-check your preview and details before ordering. Once printed, changes cannot be made.
