By placing an order with Fandom Flash, you agree to our shipping policy. Fandom Flash is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or uncontrollable events such as weather or natural issues. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, all delivery responsibility transfers to that carrier. Policies may change without notice.

Shipping Policy - the basics

At Fandom Flash, every item is made specially for you. We do our best to ship orders quickly and safely.
 

Processing Time

• Handmade and custom items take time to make
• Standard processing time is 3 to 7 business days
• High volume seasons or events may require extra time
 

We will always try to complete your order as fast as possible.
 

Shipping Methods

• Standard tracked shipping for printed products
• Digital templates or files are delivered by email
• Shipping carrier may vary based on location
 

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
 

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If the carrier delays or loses a package, we will help you contact them.
Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
 

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we can arrange a reprint at a discounted rate.
 

Damage During Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will remake or replace damaged items at no cost.
 

Pickups at Events

If you choose booth pickup, you must pick up during event hours.
Items not picked up at events are not eligible for refunds.
 

Questions or Issues

If you have a problem with your order, reach out to us.
